Items purchased at thecrazyrooster.com may be returned either to the store or by mail, unless stated otherwise in the Product Info Section.

Items must be returned whithin the first 30 days after purchase.

With a few exceptions, we will reimburse you for returned items in the same way you paid for them including gift cards.

Please send custom images to info@thecrazyrooster.com. We will respond with prices. Custom orders can be return in respect to our Return Policy if damages occure during shipping or a typographical error has been made by our staff.
